So basically conquer via claims/conquest war goal -> immediately release as vassal -> give new vassal nation the systems you want via trade -> grant independence -> immediately demand tribute. DLC. but yhea once you master the systems you do have to come up with your own goals. Achieving war goals for multi empire wars I know this is a common complaint but I really hate how hard it is to achieve war goals when taking on multiple empires.
